A CONCERNED resident of the South, Karl Morgan, busted a group of men dumping rubble in an open space in the Moffatview Park.
The Southern COURIER will be forwarding the truck’s registration number to the relevant authorities at JMPD offices and Pikitup.
DA Ward 57 Clr Faeeza Chame has been discouraging people from dumping in public spaces as that violates other people’s bylaw rights and destroys the environment which other people have inhabited.
