UPDATE: Drugs worth R20 million seized

THE GAUTENG Police raided a house at 10 Appelgrein Street opposite Glenview Primary School in Brackenhurst‚ Alberton, last night .

Drugs and chemicals worth R20 million were found during an overnight raid, minutes before midnight.

When the police arrived they found two Nigerian men aged 36 and 38 sleeping.

According to a source the two suspects will face charges of possession and dealing in drugs in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court soon.

Germiston Organised Crime will further investigate the case.
