Rate of drug possession concerns

SIXTY-THREE drug possession arrests, in the last two months, around the Moffatview SAPS policing area, has the police concerned.

Moffatview SAPS communications officer Constable Rebecca Bila said, “People who are buying drugs are South Africans. We are appealing to the community to stop buying drugs and to assist the police in this battle. The most affected areas are Rosettenville, La Rochelle and South Hills.”
