MOFFATVIEW SAPS is once again warning motorists about car jammers who use jamming devices to prevent vehicles from locking so they can gain access and steal valuables from parked cars.
Communications officer Constable Rebecca Bils, advises motorists to physically check to verify their vehicles are locked before leaving them.
