Vehicle up in flames near Comaro
The incident involved a collision between multiple vehicles of which one car burst into flames.

A VEHICLE burst into flames on the N12 near the Comaro off-ramp on Saturday, September 24, evening.
It is understood that the incident involved a collision between multiple vehicles of which one car ignited and was in flames when ER24 arrived on the scene.
Authorities as well as Fire and Rescue were on scene as ER24 treated and transported one of the patients, a female who sustained moderate injuries, to hospital. She is believed to be in her 20s. According to ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing Harduth, it is believed that a second patient was critically injured.
“It is understood that another service transported a second patient as well. According to information received, passers-by removed the occupants from the vehicle,” she said. The exact cause of the incident is unknown.
