South Rand Hospital management is appealing to patients to ensure their patient files remain at the hospital after a consultation. Many patients have been taking their files home over the past few months and this affects appropriate records management and compliance.

Management, therefore, requests the co-operation of all patients in this regard as a means to enabling the hospital to provide quality healthcare services and realise its objectives of excellent service delivery.
