The second man who was electrocuted while attempting to steal electrical cables yesterday has subsequently succumbed to his injuries.
The two cable thieves were electrocuted and one of them succumbed to his injuries in North Road, Roseacre yesterday, January 24.
Ward 57 Clr Faeeza Chame said the men where electrocuted while stealing electrical cables.
