Huggies donates 83 packs of nappies to The Love of Christ Children’s Home in Bronkhorstfontein

TLC Children’s Home fosters, places and adopts vulnerable children from a family-run home that helps every child in its care to grow up in a loving and responsible family.

HUGGIES donated 83 packs of nappies to The Love of Christ (TLC) Children’s Home in Bronkhorstfontein, Eikenhof, on April 19.

With a donation of 4 150 Huggies Nappy Pants and Huggies Gold, they put smiles on the faces of the children at the TLC Children’s Home.

The home fosters, places and adopts vulnerable children from a family-run home that helps every child in its care to grow up in a loving and responsible family. Since its inception, The Love of Christ Children’s Home has placed over 800 babies in loving homes and currently takes care of 72 children.

“The TLC Children’s Home is very dear to our heart at Huggies. We believe in supporting and giving a helping hand to nurture our future generation,” said Morné van Emmenis, senior brand manager from Huggies.

Morné said caring for needy babies with limited resources and long hours can be exhausting. Huggies hopes to make life a little bit easier by providing the nappies to babies in need to keep them dry, protected and comfortable.

“Thank you to Huggies for your continued support. It is because of your donations that we can give our children the best possible care, without having to stress about nappies,” said Jade Freedman, program co-ordinator at TLC Children’s Home.

Huggies believes in the spirit of giving and have been donating to the home since 2016. Huggies will continue to show their support to the wonderful work of the TLC Children’s Home, in their efforts to ensure a better life and a beautiful future for kids in need.
