The 1500 trainees will soon complete their training to become law enforcement officers of the City of Johannesburg.

Executive Mayor Herman Mashaba is visiting the 1500 new Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department JMPD trainees at JMPD Training Academy in Selby.
The 1500 trainees will soon complete their training to become law enforcement officers of the City of Johannesburg.
Once on the ground, they will effectively double JMPD’s police force, ensuring residents of Johannesburg are safe and secure in the City.
