STANDARD Bank, in partnership with Rak Events, took it upon themselves to revamp a library at Die Mossie Primary School on October 25.
They have been focusing on cultivating the love of reading among foundation-phase learners with the aim of improving the level of literacy.
The Department of Education assisted the project by selecting the schools that needed a library facility, and the Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation donated books, with Die Mossie being one of the lucky schools.
The Standard Bank team painted the library to make it look attractive and a place where children can enjoy reading in.
