World-class team at world-class event

The Grace girls, who have worked extremely hard, participated in debating, writing and scholars’ exams.

A TEAM of learners from Grace Trinity School for Girls attended the World Scholars Cup recently in Durban and had phenomenal achievements over the five-day challenge.

They received a total of 25 medals and the team qualified for the Tournament of Champions to be held at Yale at the end of this year.

There were over 700 learners participating this year from many different countries all around the world.

The Grace girls, who have worked extremely hard, participated in debating, writing and scholars’ exams.

“Grace Trinity School is very proud of their successes and wish to thank the World Scholars Cup, their coaches Miss Strydom and Mrs Tavares and the parents for making this possible for them. Well done, everyone,” said Bev Hardaker, a parent of one of the girls.
