More people receive meals from Baboo’s Crew

Baboo’s Crew braved the cold once again and went out to areas in the South of Johannesburg including South Rand and South Hills on June 13.

They fed the elderly, unemployed, and anyone in need. Their target was to feed those who depend only on their monthly grant and are sometimes left with nothing by month-end.

“We served them hot chicken and vegetable soup with bread. We also distributed masks to all those in need. “We humbly thank all those that so kindly contributed to our feeding scheme today. Without your generosity, we would not have been able to bring warmth and a smile to those most in need.

“We are especially grateful to Baboo’s Crew who always go the extra mile to assist during our charity drives,” said Uncle Baboo.
