Uncle Baboo and Crew spoil the youth

June 16 was a power-packed Youth Day for Uncle Baboo and Crew as they were invited to cook for the youth of Bellavista.

Uncle Baboo said they cooked chicken akhni to distribute. Councillor Rashieda Landis also sponsored masks and party packs for them to distribute.

“We also handed out fruit packs. The youth had a fun-filled day and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Next, we went out to Riverlea to distribute akhni, masks, party packs and fruit packs. We thank Landis for the sponsorship.

“A special thank you to our community members that sponsor our events. Also a special thank you to all volunteers and Baboo’s Crew members. Without our joint collaboration none of these events would be possible,” he said.
