Alberton karateka successfully grade

Students of the Cobras Shotokan Karate Club in Alberton have been hard at training and continue to excel at their respective grades, no matter the circumstances.

All students who were selected to attend the club’s last two gradings successfully passed to their next respective belt levels.

According to senior instructors senseis Laurent and Nicholas Gaston-Bellegarde, Covid-19 has presented many challenges, but they continue to uphold their high standards and push their students to achieve their best.

The karate club trains at Ascot Mews, 19 Heidelberg Road on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 17:30 to 18:30 for the beginner classes and 18:30 to 19:30 for the advanced classes.
