Booysens CSC temporarily closed following City mayor new Covid-19 variant concern
The centre is temporarily closed for decontamination due to Covid-19 related matter on December 2.

All communities serviced by Booysens police station are advised that the police station Community Service Centre and Detective building has been temporarily closed for decontamination after a positive test for Covid-19.
The Community Service Centre will be operating from Victim Empowerment Center which is situated inside the premises.
The telephone lines at the client service centre will not be accessible for the duration of the closure.
The building will be undergoing decontamination and the community will be informed when the station will be operational again.

At this stage, there is not a lot of information on this new variant, as scientists continue to research it.
