WATCH: Mentally disturbed man needs help
The guy is normally found at the corner of Hamilton and Mathew streets in Naturena, Extension 19, Phase Two 2, at the entrance of the farm.
We have a situation here in Naturena of a mentally disturbed homeless man who is roaming the streets.
We have reported him to authorities but nothing gets done about it.
This guy scraps around for food in a dump. He even at times walks around naked. He needs help; maybe he can get shelter somewhere. The residents are worried about our children.
This has been happening since November last year. Some residents even wanted to beat him up for getting naked in front of their children.
I went to talk to him at some point and bought him something to eat. He wasn’t making sense of where he stayed. But he mentioned something about Freedom Park.
He’s always going to the same spot where he scraps for food at the corner of Hamilton and Mathew streets in Naturena, Extension 19, Phase Two 2, at the entrance of the farm.
