Self defence class in South Hills

Be vigilant at all times.

The community of South Hill attended a self-defence class headed by Captain Hennie Brouwer from provincial SAPS at South Hills Recreation Centre on March 12.

The class was supported by Moffat View CPF Sector 3. Young and old benefited from the interaction with Cpt Bouwer.

Among other things he touched on subjects such as safety at home, safety while driving, securing your home, parking at the mall, hijacking, kidnapping and other tips on emergencies.
