Mulbarton restaurant shooting case postponed due to reports

The case has been postponed to May 23.

Daniel Roland appeared in the Booysens Magistrate’s Court on May 6 on charges of murder.

Roland was initially facing charges of attempted murder but due to the death of the victim, the charges have now been upgraded to murder.

The case was postponed due to two outstanding reports that are needed in order for the case to proceed against Roland.

The case has been postponed to May 23.
