New principal at Townsview Primary

The new principal comes with 25 years’ experience in teaching.

Townsview Primary school welcomed its new principal Ayanda Nzama at the school on May 3.

She hails from the Johannesburg West District where her growth in education reached new heights, having been a deputy principal at Horizon View Primary School in Roodepoort.

Nzama, who has 25 years of experience in teaching, said she always envisaged being a principal.

“After a long wait, it finally happened at the right time and right place. I am a firm believer in His word. He never promises what He cannot deliver,” she said.

She said the welcoming at Townsview Primary was overwhelming.

“I would like the community to work with us and always keep the school safe. I found a good-performing school, and I intend to move it from good to great. To get there we need to grow the school because I believe we have future leaders here,” noted Nzama.
