The CEO of Tame Communications, Karin Blignaut, stands accused of defeating the ends of justice and submitting a false statement under oath.
She pleaded not guilty on both counts when she appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court. She is accused of making a false statement under oath.
The complainant in the court case, Rynette Farrar, took to the stand where she provided her statement.
Blignaut’s matter was adjourned for further evidence. The accused is on warning and will reappear on January 19 and 20.
