Alberton Cricket Club connects with the community

Alberton Cricket Club’s family fun day had lots of fun and enjoyment to offer attendees on February 25.

Community members and members of Alberton Cricket Club got together to support the club’s family fun day on February 25 in Florentia.

The event had a great turnout and offered several outdoor activities, delightful music and delicious treats from Chef Ink.

Attendees were spoilt for choice with stalls from local vendors, a hit-a-six competition, cupcake decorating, a raffle and a children’s jumping castle.

Stefan Langeveldt of Alberton Cricket Club said, “We hosted the Alberton Cricket Club family fun day to endorse the club and the sport in general. This was the beginning of many events to follow, though we used to have events like these in the past.”
