Pre-trial dates set for September 5 and 13 in Sheldon Terry’s fraud case

The pre-trial dates for Sheldon Terry’s fraud case were set on April 19 at the Booysens Magistrate’s Court.

It will be heard on September 5 and 13.

In his previous appearance (April 6), the magistrate asked the State to prepare the pre-trial document and fix the charge sheet that was not in order.

Terry first appeared in court on December 21, 2021, and is out on R5 000 bail.

His bail conditions remain, and he must still observe them.
