Karatekas represent Alberton community well in Cape Town
Two of Alberton’s Cobras Shotokan Karate Club members recently went to Cape Town to represent the club in the second Karate League All-Styles Karate tournament and excelled.
The Cobras Shotokan Karate Club recently sent two talented competitors to Cape Town to compete in the second Karate League All-Styles Karate competition.
Alexcia Andrade and Ryan Hovell-Erasmus did exceptionally well, earning gold medals in their categories.
Alexcia won two gold medals, and Ryan won three.
The Cobras Shotokan Karate Club thanked the martial artists for representing the Alberton community so well.
The Cobras Club trains at Ascot Mews, 19 Heidelberg Avenue, Newmarket, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:30 to 18:30 for beginners, with advanced classes from 18:30 to 19:30.
