Chad’s fundraising event raises vital support for Kyle

Chad's fundraising event on September 9 exceeded all expectations, drawing an inspiring turnout and generating crucial funds for Kyle.

Chad Markgraaf’s monumental quest to complete 100 marathons in 100 days in support of cancer patients facing financial hardships has not only gained remarkable momentum but has also reached significant milestones.

This journey of determination culminated in a heartwarming event at St Declan’s School for Boys on September 9.

The event drew an enthusiastic crowd, uniting individuals in their shared commitment to make a difference. More importantly, it raised crucial funds for Kyle Dally, a cancer patient in need of support.

Chad expressed profound gratitude to all who participated and played a role in making the day possible. Special recognition was extended to Ronel Markgraaf and the dedicated St Declan’s staff members for their generosity in offering the school as the venue.

For those who were unable to attend, there’s a second chance to be part of this transformative cause.

Chad and his supporters have another event planned for October 8, where they will come together to celebrate the culmination of this inspiring 100-day journey. Further details about this upcoming event will be shared in the coming days, ensuring that anyone willing to contribute to this noble cause can join in the celebration.

Counting down

September 10 marked a significant milestone in Chad’s awe-inspiring journey – the 3000km point. With just under 1200km remaining.

Chad reflects on the incredible mental and physical state he’s achieved, attributing it to divine grace.

“Surprisingly, as the journey progresses, it seems to become more manageable,” said Chad.

With only 28 marathons left, Chad holds hope for even greater financial breakthroughs for Kyle in the weeks ahead. For those eager to join the initiative or run alongside Chad in the upcoming weeks, information can be found on their social media pages.

Chad’s Instagram (@thefaithfulchad) and Facebook (Chad Markgraaf) pages have become a rallying point for all who wish to support his cause.
