Sheldon Terry’s fraud case remains at Booysens Magistrate’s Court

The Meyersdal suspect will appear in court on April 23.

Magistrate Vele confirmed on April 2 that Sheldon Terry’s fraud case will remain at Booysens Magistrate’s Court.

This after it was suggested on March 5 that the case might be moved to Johannesburg or Commercial Court.

At first, the pre-trial was set for March 5 to 7. Now the trial is set for April 23, with the trial suggested to start on June 27.

Terry first appeared in court on December 21, 2021, and is out on R5 000 bail.

His bail conditions remain, and he must still observe them.
