Model aims to inspire youth through her actions and the Sharing Smiles with Alinda Foundation.

Alinda Ngwenya (12), a talented young pageant model and founder of the Sharing Smiles with Alinda Foundation, is making a difference in the Johannesburg South community with her latest initiative.

On March 21, Alinda successfully hosted the Miss WH Coetzer Fundraising Pageant at WH Coetzer Primary School in The Hill.

The event brought together learners, parents, and supporters to promote confidence, self-expression, and unity.

The event, held in support of her school community, aimed to raise funds and address the school’s needs while empowering young learners and creating a positive impact through pageantry.

Alinda’s passion for giving back is evident in her work, and her foundation is dedicated to making a difference in others’ lives.

“I believe that every young person has the power to inspire and uplift their community,” said Alinda. “I hope that my story and the work of my foundation will encourage others to get involved and make a positive impact,” she continued.

Alinda’s selfless work has not gone unnoticed, and she is eager to share her story with a wider audience.

Her initiative is a testament to the power of youth-led community building and to the impact that one person can have on others’ lives.
