Further consultation delays Forest Hill murder case

Another postponement of the Forest Hill murder case to September 16 means another wait for the victim’s family.

The postponement of the Forest Hill murder case was due to the State having to consult with two eyewitnesses who are minors.

The case was postponed to September 16. Murder accused Kleave van Staden briefly appeared on the stand.

The defence confirmed that she received the complete disclosure from the State and she consulted with her client.

Van Staden is accused of murdering his wife, Jamillah, on January 8 in Forest Hill.
