Two stolen vehicles recovered in Johannesburg

SAPS appreciates the public for their contribution.

Johannesburg Flying Squad members arrested four suspects for different crimes in Johannesburg and recovered two vehicles from December 9 to 12.

Two suspects were arrested for business burglary, one for possession of a stolen vehicle and one for malicious damage to property.

The vehicles recovered are a white Tata Indica and a blue Nissan Tiida. Both vehicles were handed to Aeroton SAP 13.

Johannesburg Flying Squad communication officer Raymond Sambo said the investigation continues in all cases and that working together with the community led to these recoveries.

“SAPS appreciates the public for their contribution. It should also be noted that for any information regarding the vehicles, one may contact the relevant detective quoting the relevant case number.

“The suspects appeared at different Magistrate’s Courts facing charges of business burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle and malicious damage to property,” he said.
