Suspect caught stealing toilet lights
The suspect was in possession of toilet lights when police arrived.

Johannesburg Central Police apprehended a 26-year-old male for theft at the Sassa building corner Noord and Mooi streets in CBD on February 7.
Acting communications officer Sergeant Constance Lelimo said the police were busy with their routine crime prevention when they received a complaint about the theft that occurred at the Sassa building.
“Police proceeded to the crime scene. Upon arrival, they found the suspect with lights in his possession and he was arrested.
“It is alleged that the suspect entered the building as if he is going to Sassa offices only to find that he was going to steal toilet lights. An investigation is underway and the suspect appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court,” she said.
