La Rochelle man gets 12 in prison for rape
The incident happened during the period of May to September 2022.
Nathi Paulouse Mdlalose (53) from La Rochelle was found guilty of two counts of rape and sentenced to six years for each count.
The sentence was handed down by magistrate Habib at Booysens Magistrate’s Court on February 8.
He was found guilty of the crime of contravening the provisions of Section 3 of the Criminal Law (sexual offense and related matters).
The accused raped a 12-year-old girl in 2022 in Robertsham.
