Booysens Court sentences man to life for rape of minor
The perpetrator's details will be entered into the National Register for Sexual Offenders.
Magistrate Habib, sitting in the Booysens Magistrate’s Court, sentenced a 32-year-old man to life imprisonment for rape on October 16.
The man was found guilty of unlawfully and intentionally committing several acts of sexual penetration with a minor.
When sentencing the man, Habib said his particulars must be entered in the National Register for Sexual Offenders.
