A suspect wanted for robbery in the south of Johannesburg has been arrested following swift action by the Fox Security Team.
The tactical unit received a lookout for the suspect and his vehicle before spotting it in Bassonia. Officers intercepted the car and apprehended the man.
Fox officer Donavan Du Toit praised the team’s efforts, saying their “proactive approach and vigilance played a crucial role in tracking down the suspect and bringing him to justice.”
Mondeor SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Elizabeth Mnguni confirmed the man remains in custody and is facing charges of breaking and entering as well as theft.
