Walkathon to bring cancer awareness
Be a beacon of light and hope for those surviving and living with cancer by participating in the walk.
Join South Africa United Against Cancer (SAUAC) on October 28 at Rietvlei Zoo Farm, 101 Swartkoppies Road, Alberton, for the 5km or 10km walks.
Registration opens at 06:30 and the walk starts at 08:00. Tickets cost R150 for the 5km, R170 for the 10km and R100 for children aged four to 12.
R150 will buy you a T-shirt, but the first 200 entries get free T-shirts. This event includes healthcare screening, aerobics, live entertainment, a family picnic and a kiddies play area.
