Lucky winner walks away with new car
All the runners-up in the successful car draw won a prize that coloured their summer.
Mochachos and Suzuki Bassonia gave away a new Suzuki S-Presso worth R170 000 to a lucky winner.
The five finalists were Rushaan Moosa from Roodepoort, Ernesto Faro from Pretoria, Arusha Singh from Centurion, Boitumelo Legodi from Johannesburg and Donna Singleton from Kwa-Zulu Natal.
The lucky winner was Legodi. The four runners-up walked away with a fun-filled picnic basket containing amazing goodies.
Thrilled about winning, Legodi explained: “My fiancée, Sanelisiwe Duze, and I entered the competition when we grabbed lunch from Mochachos. We took some pictures with our meal and uploaded them onto Facebook as the competition rules instructed.”
Disbelieving and excited, he added: “It feels so surreal winning. I did not anticipate it. I am thankful to my fiancée for encouraging me to enter the competition and Mochachos and Suzuki Bassonia. I cannot wait to test out these new wheels.”
The director of Mochachos head office, Phillip Karafilakis, and the entire head office team congratulated the winner. They also wished the runners-up well for showing courage and determination to ignite the engine of the Suzuki prize.
Mochachos franchise manager Kenneth Meyer thanked everyone involved in the event for making the day spectacular and memorable for the participants and the public, including dealer principal Lance Selley and his team from Suzuki Bassonia and Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa.
