South Rand Hospital successfully launches new campaign

The campaign is inclusive of patients and healthcare workers across Gauteng.

South Rand Hospital (SRH) officially launched its I Serve with A Smile campaign.

The initial campaign was launched in November last year by the Gauteng Department of Health. This campaign aims to improve patient experience and reduce patient dissatisfaction.

The campaign is a province-wide intervention which encompasses the patient and healthcare worker. Due to the strenuous nature of their jobs; it is easy for healthcare workers to be consumed by the pressure and demands, therefore, this campaign seeks to encourage health professionals to approach their work with enthusiasm, a smile and empathy for patients.
