Support the Christmas tree appeal card project
It is that time of the year again when Sue Lubbe and Friends collect as many gifts as possible for seniors, children's homes, old age homes, homes for the disabled and many more.
Sue Lubbe and friends have partnered with Bassonia SPAR and Meyersdal SUPERSPAR for their project to collect food and gifts for those in dire need.
“We want to welcome the Bassonia SPAR who joined us in this year’s collection and want to thank Meyersdal SUPERSPAR for their support and for working with us for many years,” Lubbe said.
The community’s support will be appreciated.
The process is simple: At the entrances of these stores, you will find a Christmas tree with tags on. When you go shopping at either of these outlets, take a tag and add the products to your purchase in-store to your shopping list.
Put the items into a SPAR bag or gift bag and you are welcome to write a short message in a separate envelope to wish the recipient a wonderful festive season.
At Meyersdal SUPERSPAR purchased items must be taken to the main desk for safekeeping and when shopping at Bassonia SPAR you can drop off your purchase at the trolley in front of the payment desk.
