Festive cheer awaits South Hills residents this December
Everyone is welcome to donate in order to help more people.
A great moment awaits little ones and senior citizens in Fever Tree, South Hills, this December.
Pieter Holtshauzen together with Dean van Aswengen from Just Fun Catering Services, will be giving these residents something to look forward to on December 16.
They are a non-profit organisation that organizes charitable events in the area.
This will be the sixth time since they started this initiative to make the festive season a little bit brighter for others. Pieter said they have been in partnership with giant stores like OBC Steeledale and Sunrise Sweets.
Ward 57 Clr Faeeza Chame also supported this initiative.
“These stores help us to make hampers for children as well as elders. We tried to have sweets, snacks and toys for children, and for elders, it is normally vegetable hampers. We would like to thank these stores, especially Michael Olivier, the director at OBC,” she said.
Help in any kind or form, but especially with toys, sweets, and groceries, is most welcome.
