‘Lady Linmeyer’ prayers answered with love and new wheelchair

After months of isolation, FOCUS JHB-TEAM restores her dignity with a heartfelt gift.

Lady Linmeyer (not her real name) received a brand-new wheelchair and food parcels from FOCUS JHB-TEAM on February 27.

She had lost all hope of being loved again. Her family, friends, and colleagues had abandoned her, discarding her life as if it belonged in the dustbin of history after she was diagnosed with cancer.

Steve Dwarika, GAS owner said for months, she remained confined to a small space, unable to move around because she did not have a wheelchair.

The brand-new wheelchair.

“Surprisingly she did not pray for a wheelchair she prayed to be loved as a human being once more. The Lord heard her prayers. He whispered to the FOCUS JHB-TEAM, a human dignity-restoring community organisation. Today, Lady Linmayer received a brand-new wheelchair yet she prayed for love.

“Thanks to the FOCUS-JHB TEAM for delivering what the Lord had ordered. We are the by-product of unconditional love. Let love lead. Love heals. Love restores dignity. Love comforts. Love renews. Thanks to our partners and all involved,” he said.
