Rosettenville SDA Church to hosts health expo for community wellness

The Rosettenville SDA Church will be hosting a Health Expo on August 31, from 09:00 to 14:00 at 149 Mabel Street.

A range of free services will be offered, aimed at promoting community wellness, including nutritional assessment, blood pressure checks, weight management, nutrition counselling, anti-stress massage, exercise training, and personal counselling.

There will also be a children’s program.

With the theme ‘Your health is in your hands’, the expo encourages attendees to take proactive steps towards their health and well-being.
