Sky City Mall and Pick n Pay celebrate Women’s Day with heartfelt activation

On August 14, Sky City Mall and Pick n Pay came together to show love and appreciation to their female customers in a special Women’s Day activation.
The event, held at the entrance of the Pick n Pay supermarket, featured the handing over of gifts including roses, cupcakes, and coffee mugs to ladies as they completed their shopping.
The activation was a perfect reflection of Sky City Mall’s shopping culture, which prioritises community and convenience.
According to Sky City Mall centre manager Archie Ntuli, “The mall’s strategy of putting customers first has contributed to its success and growth. Our customers make this all possible,” he said.
Pick n Pay customer service manager Emma Malunga emphasised the importance of appreciating women, saying, “Women make the world go round, and it’s essential that we take care of women, because they take care of society.”
The event was a huge success, with customers expressing gratitude and joy at the unexpected gestures of kindness.
As one customer noted, “It’s always good as a woman to feel appreciated, but it’s even better when the love is unexpected.”
