After years of collecting recipes and sharing stories with family and friends, recipe book author Marcelle Germanus Simon will launch her debut cookbook, Leb O LECIOUS, on November 29 at 55 Sophie Street, Linmeyer.

The book is a compilation of Lebanese recipes, family anecdotes, and personal stories, offering a glimpse into Marcelle’s cultural heritage.

Her culinary journey began in Linmeyer, where she grew up surrounded by the sights, sounds, and flavours of Lebanese cuisine.

The book features a range of traditional Lebanese dishes alongside Marcelle’s own creations, all crafted to be accessible to home cooks.
