Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo (JCPZ) is gearing up for its highly anticipated Mother’s Day Concert, scheduled to take place on May 10, at the Johannesburg Zoo.

The event, hosted in partnership with Joburg Theatre, promises a day of relaxation, entertainment, and outdoor enjoyment for mothers, caregivers, and families.

The 2026 edition boasts an expanded programme, featuring live performances by local artists, guided Zoo heritage and Big 5 tours, a kiddies play zone, diverse food and craft vendors, and a dedicated hospitality programme for senior citizens.

With an expected attendance of 10 000 people, the event is set to become one of Johannesburg’s most treasured family events.

Tickets are available via Webtickets at R150 for adults, R80 for children three to 12 years old, and R80 for senior citizens, with tickets also available at the gate.
