City of Joburg takes municipal services to The Glen Shopping Centre
Pensioner rebates, ESP applications and water queries to be addressed in one-day campaign.
Residents of Johannesburg South will have the chance to address municipal matters in one place on July 8, as the City of Johannesburg rolls out its Revenue Shared Services Centre and Social Development (ESP) Campaign.
The one-day outreach is aimed at bringing essential city services “directly to their doorsteps” and will be held at The Glen Shopping Centre on July 8 from 09:00 to 14:30.
Officials from Revenue and Social Development will be on site to assist with a range of issues including:
• Pensioner rebate applications and checking the status of rebate applications
• Valuations queries
• Logging of general queries
• Linking customers to receive online statements via the e-Joburg portal
• Joburg Water – water query resolution
• Debt Relief applications
• ESP Applications
Residents who wish to apply for rebates or ESP relief are advised to bring a copy of their ID and three months’ bank statements to speed up the process.
