Williams Hunt The Glen calls on community to support Mandela Day winter drive

Help bring warmth and hope to those in need by supporting Williams Hunt The Glen's Winter Drive.

Williams Hunt The Glen is inviting the community to support its Mandela Day Winter Drive in aid of Stepping Stone Hospice and help bring warmth and comfort to those in need this winter.

Now under new management, Williams Hunt The Glen is committed to giving back to the community and supporting meaningful local initiatives.

As part of this commitment, the dealership is collecting donations ahead of Mandela Day on July 18.

The public is encouraged to donate blankets, scarves, gloves, socks, clothing and non-perishable food items, including canned foods.

Donations can be dropped off at Williams Hunt The Glen, 2A Amanda Avenue, Gleneagles, Glenvista, near The Glen Shopping Centre.

To allow time for all donations to be sorted and loaded, the closing time for donations is 10:00 on July 18.

The Williams Hunt The Glen team will then deliver all donations to Stepping Stone Hospice on Saturday afternoon, where they will spend time with the patients and the dedicated staff, sharing croissants and juice as a small gesture of appreciation and kindness.

The dealership will also be running a special Mandela Day promotion, with a percentage of the day’s profits being donated to Stepping Stone Hospice.

The community is encouraged to support this worthy cause and honour Nelson Mandela’s legacy by giving what they can.

For more information or to arrange a donation, contact Gaby Coetzee on 082 585 2223.
