The Gauteng Sanathan Mandir is inviting the community to come together for a night of music, dance, culture and giving at its Celebrate Your Heritage fundraiser.

The event will be held on September 16 from 18:00 to midnight at St Martin’s School Hall, 4 East Road, The Hill, Johannesburg South.

Entrance is from Dallas Road.

Tickets are priced at R150.

The fundraiser will feature live performances by Oriental Nagara, singer Bhushan Dass, and cultural performances by Divya Art of Dance.

The evening is designed to celebrate Indian culture and heritage while raising vital funds for the Mandir.

Guests can also look forward to a Saree Queen Contest, a lucky draw, and meals and refreshments on sale throughout the evening.

The Gauteng Sanathan Mandir says the fundraiser will help support ongoing temple projects and community programmes.

The Mandir is encouraging families, friends and community members to come dressed in traditional Indian attire and join in celebrating culture while supporting a worthy cause.
