Robertsham and Chrisville unite to launch new Community Action Forum
A new community forum has been launched in Robertsham and Chrisville to improve safety, protect the environment and give residents a stronger voice. Find out how you can get involved.
Residents, property owners and business stakeholders in Robertsham and Chrisville have come together to establish the Robertsham and Chrisville Community Action Forum, in partnership with the Business Intelligence Network (BIN).
The forum has been created by committed residents who want to work together to improve the neighbourhoods and build stronger community partnerships.
It aims to promote open communication, improve local safety, protect public infrastructure and help safeguard the well-being and property values of everyone who lives and works in the area.
One of the forum’s main priorities is community safety and security. Members will work to strengthen neighbourhood watch initiatives, support local security efforts and develop closer cooperation with law enforcement agencies and community patrollers.
The forum will also focus on protecting the local environment and infrastructure. This includes monitoring developments, encouraging environmental compliance and supporting responsible waste management to help keep water systems, stormwater drains and residential areas clean and safe.
Another important goal is to encourage transparent local governance by promoting open dialogue and ensuring residents have access to important public information. The forum also plans to work closely with stakeholders to address issues affecting the community.
Animal welfare and the care of public spaces will remain a key focus. Ongoing projects include supporting animal welfare, assisting with the management of stray animals and helping to keep parks and other public areas clean, safe and well maintained.
The Robertsham and Chrisville Community Action Forum believes that lasting progress can only be achieved through unity and active community involvement.
