Councillor laments installation of robot in middle of street

This is criminal, and another manifestation and evidence of mediocrity and/or applauds incompetence, confusing people and endangering the lives of motorists as well as those of pedestrians.

The Democratic Alliance (DA) is very upset with the installation of a robot virtually in the street at the intersection of Oak Avenue and Middle Road at Comaro Shopping Center.

This is criminal, and another manifestation and evidence of mediocrity and/or applauds incompetence, confusing people and endangering the lives of motorists as well as those of pedestrians.

The fact that the road sign clearly shows that motorists should turn right into the robots and the road is even disguised with paving, does not disguise the fact that this is a trap, and that it should be on the side of the pavement and not in the street.

Councillor Basil Douglas, DA
