Jabez Football club has a community development program called Jabez Cares. On Monday June 16 the club will host a group of about 60 children from the Lerato school in Jacksonville, an informal settlement, at the club grounds in Mondeor.

The day will consists of a fun day where the club will entertain the boys with a mini soccer tournament and other fun activities like jumping castles. The club will host a braai to feed the children, and plan to give them each a hamper containing blankets, non-perishable food and clothing donated by parents and players of the club.
