Booysens Amater boxers achieve at Gauteng championship
Boxers from the Booysens Amateur Boxing Club represented Gauteng.
ELITE boxers from the Booysens Amateur Boxing Club will represent Gauteng at the South African Elite Senior Championship.
They received their provincial colours and will compete in their respective division at the championship, which will be held from July 2 to 7.
Damian Pasley competed in the Gauteng championship and won the silver medal in the 81kg division.
John Masamba paved his way to the gold in the 64kg with two KOs during the Gauteng championship. Johnathan Sam also won gold at the championship in the 91kg division.
Keano Koopman won a silver medal in the 60kg, while Wesley Chrystal took home a gold medal in the 60kg division.
