ORMONDE – Gold Reef City presents a star-studded entertainment line-up not to be missed.
My Big Band Valentine will be on stage on Friday February 14. Gold Reef City wants you to join the Johannesburg Big Band at 20:00 and a trio of South Africa’s finest vocal talent this Valentine’s Day in a scintillating celebration of love in My Big Band Valentine at The Lyric Theatre.

Comedy Central Presents SEX, which has been described as the most dazzling and hilarious production ever mounted by this company; a hysterically funny look at procreation from more angles than the Kama Sutra on February 21 and 22.

Jhankaar School of Dance presents their latest production, Naina, for your eyes only on Sunday February 23. With hundreds of passionate dancers, more than 400 unique costumes designed by SIN and superb sound lighting, Naina is a unique yet mesmerising amalgamation of dance styles that incorporate Kathak, Salsa, Spanish, Bollywood, Freestyle and Contemporary dance set to keep audiences enthused every step of the way.
Following the successes of their past productions, Jhankaar has built a strong reputation for leading the way in theme-based Indian dance productions in Gauteng with its firm Kathak-based technique to create original dance pieces.
The show will take place at The Lyric, Gold Reef City at 15:00.

Young Ballet Stars of the World
For the first time, medal winners from the South African International Ballet Competition in Cape Town will travel to Johannesburg’s Lyric Theatre to perform a spectacular ballet gala on February 25 and 26 at 20:00, showcasing these young international ballet stars. The show will include the Young Korean Ballet Stars, dancers from the National Ballet School of Cuba, the Youth America Grand Prix in New York and dancers from the United States, Switzerland, China, South Africa and more.

Basket Mouth and the Three Kings Uncensored
EyeUnderM presents Basket Mouth and The Three Kings at The Lyric, Gold Reef City on February 28 at 20:00. The Nigerian act has sold out shows all over the world and will share the stage with some of the best of South African comedians. They are Mpho Popps, Skhumba Hlophe and Donovan Goliath.
